Pretty simple! Turn on your Xbox 360 and press the Guide button on your controller. Next, press the connect button on your console (it's near the memory card slots), then press the connect button on the controller (near the LB button). The lights should spin and sync up. You're good to go!

First turn on the Xbox 360. Then hit the connect button on the console and the controller within 20 seconds. The lights should stop flashing once connected.
