How to connect a generator in Fallout 4
ReoccuringRace路7 months agoOh, it's super easy, and you'll feel like a real wasteland electrician! First, make sure you've got a generator placed in your settlement. Next, open the workshop and go into build mode. Look for the 'Power' section, then find 'Connectors and Switches'. Grab a power pylon or conduit and place it somewhere near your generator. Now, hit the spacebar (or the corresponding button on your console) to start laying down a wire. Connect one end to the generator and the other end to the pylon. Bam! Power's on, and now you can connect it to lights or other gadgets that need electricity. Just remember, each generator has a power limit, so you might need more than one for big projects!

Just click on the generator and then whatever you wanna power. If it's too far, use those little connector thingies to make a chain. Easy peasy.
Everyone's making it sound so simple. Tried it, and my settlement still looks like a candle-lit dinner. Maybe I'm missing the generator manual or something.
