Pro tip: Any mic that connects via the Bluetooth or USB will work on the PS3. I often use my old PS3 Bluetooth headset, and it never disappoints!

You can also use a USB mic. Just plug it into one of the PS3's USB ports, then go to 'Settings' > 'Accessory Settings' > 'Audio Device Settings' to select it as your input device.
