I’ve done this! Turn on your PS3, connect the remote to the console with a USB cable, and press the PS button. Once it syncs, unplug the USB, and you’re good to go!

Just plug in the USB cable, hit the PS button, wait till it stops blinking, and you’re done!

First, make sure your PS3 and the remote are both turned on. Connect the remote to the PS3 using a USB cable and press the PS button. Once the lights stop blinking, your remote should be connected wirelessly!
