If your soundbar has HDMI input and output, you can connect the PS3 to the soundbar via HDMI and then connect the soundbar to the TV. This way, the soundbar handles both sound and video signals.

You can connect your soundbar to your PS3 using an optical audio cable. Just plug one end into the optical out port on the PS3 and the other end into the optical in port on the soundbar. Then, go to PS3 settings and set the audio output to optical.

Forget the cables! Just use Bluetooth if your soundbar supports it. Go to the PS3 settings, find 'Accessory Settings,' and pair your soundbar. Easy peasy!

Honestly, just plug the soundbar into your TV's HDMI ARC port, and use the TV's settings to redirect all the sound output from the PS3 to the soundbar. Minimal fuss.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
