Honestly, just plug in the USB and press the power button on the controller. If it doesn't pop up, check your Bluetooth settings. Easy peasy.
I wouldn't bother with Bluetooth; the USB connection is way more reliable and gives you less input lag. Plus, it's literally just plug-and-play.
