I use a Bluetooth keyboard and had to purchase a Bluetooth receiver that plugs into the Xbox One's USB port. Worked like a charm!

Just plug the wireless USB dongle into the Xbox One's USB port and your keyboard should connect. If it doesn't, try a different USB port or make sure the keyboard is properly paired with the dongle.
