First, press the small reset button on the back of your PS3 controller using a paperclip. Then, connect it to the PS3 using a USB cable and press the PS button in the center. Voila! It should sync up wirelessly.

Honestly, just use the USB cable. It's the easiest and quickest way to get it connected and synced.

From personal experience, the Bluetooth setup can be finicky. Stick to the USB method, and you'll save yourself some frustration!

Just plug it into the PS3 with the USB cable, press the PS button, and it should be good to go wirelessly!

For those still struggling, remember to charge the controller fully before trying to connect. Sometimes, low battery can mess up the syncing process.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
