Honestly, it's easier to use an Xbox One controller. It has Bluetooth and works perfectly with Android.

Bluetooth won't work with a standard Xbox 360 controller on Android. But if you have the wireless Xbox 360 controller, you can use a wireless gaming receiver for the connection. Just plug the receiver into your OTG cable, then sync the controller as you would on the console.
