Connecting Alexa directly to PS5 is a no-go. Use a smart TV that supports Alexa for indirect control via HDMI CEC.

I tried it myself! You can't connect Alexa directly to a PS5, but if you have a smart TV that works with Alexa, you can manage some basic functions like turning it on/off. Just make sure both the TV and PS5 have HDMI-CEC enabled.

Hey there! Unfortunately, you can't directly connect Alexa to a PS5. But you can control your PS5 via Alexa by using a compatible TV that supports Alexa. Set up the TV with Alexa, and then enable HDMI CEC on both the TV and PS5 so you can use voice commands to power it on/off and control volume. Game on!

Nope, doesn't work directly. Get a smart TV with Alexa support for some workaround control over your PS5.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
