No go, man. Xbox One controllers don't work with Xbox 360s. Different systems, different controllers. Trust me, I've tried.

Unfortunately, Xbox One controllers aren't backward compatible with Xbox 360 consoles. You'll need an Xbox 360 controller for your 360 gaming.
