Sadly, Xbox One doesn't support Bluetooth audio. Use Bluetooth adapters designed for Xbox controllers, or just go wired!

From my experience, I use a Bluetooth transmitter plugged into the controller's 3.5mm port. Works like a charm!

Don't waste your time. Xbox One doesn't support Bluetooth audio natively. Get a wired or Xbox-compatible wireless headset.
