Hey, I tried connecting my Bluetooth headset to my Xbox One and realized it doesn't work directly. I ended up using the Xbox Wireless Headset, which was specifically designed to work with it.
Nope, direct Bluetooth headset connection to Xbox One isn't possible. You can use an optical cable or 3.5mm jack with an adapter instead.
