Unfortunately, the Xbox 360 doesn't support Bluetooth speakers directly. You might want to consider using an AUX cable to connect the speaker to the TV or Xbox controller with a headphone jack adapter.

I had the same issue! Ended up connecting my Bluetooth speaker to my TV's headphone jack with a 3.5mm AUX cable. Worked like a charm.
