Connecting your controller for some Apex Legends action on PC is pretty straightforward. If you're using an Xbox controller, Windows should recognize it instantly once you plug it in with a USB cable. For a wireless connection, hold down the Xbox button to turn it on, then press and hold the connect button on the top of the controller until the Xbox button flashes. On your PC, go to Bluetooth settings and add the controller. PlayStation controllers can also be connected using a USB cable or Bluetooth, but might need DS4Windows software to be recognized properly by some games.

Honestly, just use an Xbox controller. It's plug-and-play, no hassle. PlayStation controllers can be a bit of a headache with extra software needed.

Just plug it in! Windows loves Xbox controllers, so it should work right away. If it鈥檚 a PS controller, you might need a program like DS4Windows.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
