From my experience, the Corsair Virtuoso doesn't connect to Xbox Series X natively. I had to switch to an Xbox-compatible headset. Really wish it was simpler!

The Corsair Virtuoso isn't officially compatible with Xbox Series X unfortunately. You might need to grab an Xbox-specific headset for a smoother experience!
