I've tried it myself - plug in your DualSense with a USB cable to your PS3. No Bluetooth support, but hey, it gets the job done!

Really simple! Just connect your DualSense to the PS3 using a USB cable. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth connection isn't supported, so you'll have to stick with the cable.
