Plug in your Xbox controller, turn on your Xbox 360, and press the sync buttons on both the console and the controller. Done. Simple, right?

Super easy! Just turn on your Xbox 360, then press the Guide button (the big X) on your controller to turn it on. Press the sync button on your controller (it's next to the left bumper). After that, press the sync button on the console (located next to the memory card slots on the original 360 or next to the USB ports on the 360 Slim). The lights should circle and then stabilize. Voil脿, you're connected!

As someone who had to connect a dozen controllers for parties, just turn on your Xbox 360, hit the sync button on the console, then the one on your controller near the LB button. The lights will blink and then stay lit once connected. Easy peasy!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
