I found that setting up a Cargo Link is key! Just make sure you've unlocked and placed it at your outposts for seamless resource transfer.
Just build Cargo Links and select the other outpost to connect them, it's that easy!
In my experience, gathering the necessary resources to build a Cargo Link was the toughest part, but once that's set, transferring resources got way easier!
Some people just love taking the long, scenic route with manual space runs... but Cargo Links exist for a reason!
