You don’t actually connect most phones to the PS4 via Bluetooth for media sharing. Instead, use the PS4 Remote Play app or connect through Wi-Fi for media streaming and control.

To connect your phone to the PS4 via Bluetooth, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth Devices on your PS4. Then, turn on Bluetooth on your phone and pair it with your PS4. Easy peasy!

Just use a USB cable. Bluetooth is not really an option for this purpose.
