Plug your phone into the Xbox 360's USB port, and make sure your phone is in 'File Transfer' mode. The Xbox 360 should detect your phone as a storage device, letting you play media files directly from it!

You can’t use your phone as a controller if that’s what you’re asking. But for media, plug it in and set to file transfer mode.
