Just go into Pokémon GO's settings, look for the Nintendo Switch option, and try connecting from there. Then follow the steps on your Switch.
First, make sure your Switch and phone are on the same Wi-Fi network. Open Pokémon GO and go to Settings > Nintendo Switch. Select 'Connect to Nintendo Switch' and then go to Pokémon Let's Go on your Switch. Navigate to the Options menu and select ‘Open Pokémon GO Settings’ and follow the prompts to link your account. Easy peasy!
Make sure Wi-Fi is on. Open Pokémon GO, head to Settings, then select Nintendo Switch and Connect. On the Switch, open Pokémon Let's Go, go to Options, and find Pokémon GO Settings. Follow the steps to pair. You're done!
