Honestly, just buy a PS4 or PS5 controller. It's much easier to connect to your iPhone 11 without any extra hassle.

I've done it with a bit of fiddling! You'll need a Mac/PC and SixaxisPairTool to change the Bluetooth address of the PS3 controller to match your iPhone 11's Bluetooth address. Then use the 'Controllers for All' app on your iPhone, and voila!
