You need a USB-C adapter and a Bluetooth dongle. Plug the adapter into the Switch dock, then connect the Bluetooth dongle. Pair the PS3 controller by pressing the PS button and the Share button simultaneously until the light bar flashes. Voila, you're ready to game!

You can use a 8BitDo Wireless Bluetooth Adapter. Just plug it into your Switch dock, pair it with your PS3 controller, and you're good to go!
