Unfortunately, you can't directly connect a PS3 controller to an Xbox 360 without an adapter. These systems use different communication protocols.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't directly connect a PS3 controller to an Xbox 360 without an adapter. Better off getting an Xbox controller!

I've tried this myself鈥攏o dice. You'll need an adapter, like the CronusMAX, to bridge the gap between PS3 and Xbox 360 controllers.
