You can try using a CronusMAX or Titan One adapter. These gadgets allow you to connect your PS3 steering wheel to the PS4. Just plug the wheel into the adapter and the adapter into the PS4. Voilà, you're ready to race!

Honestly, some older PS3 wheels just won't work with PS4 no matter what you try. Consider upgrading to a PS4-compatible model.
