CluingWear路7 months agoEasiest way is to use an HDMI cable if your monitor supports HDMI. Just plug one end into the PS3 and the other into the monitor, and you're good to go!

If your monitor doesn't have HDMI, you can use an HDMI to DVI adapter. Connect the HDMI to your PS3 and the DVI to your monitor. Don't forget to set the PS3 to output video via HDMI.
You could also use a VGA adapter if your monitor is older. PS3 HDMI to VGA adapters exist, just connect it and you're all set.
Just buy a new monitor with HDMI ports. Problem solved!
I personally use an HDMI to DVI cable since my monitor doesn't have HDMI. Works perfectly, just no audio through DVI so I bought external speakers.
