You can't directly connect Bluetooth headphones to a PS3. Instead, plug your headphones into the audio jack of your TV or use an external Bluetooth adapter connected to the PS3's USB port.

I had to run a cable from the dual RCA output on the PS3 to my headphone's 3.5mm jack. It sounds a bit clunky, but it works!

Use a USB Bluetooth dongle to connect your wireless headphones to the PS3. Just plug the dongle into the PS3's USB port and follow the pairing instructions.

Use the PS3's optical audio out with a DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) to connect your wired headphones. It's a bit more investment, but you get great sound quality!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
