Plug in the HDMI cable, select the HDMI input on your TV, and you're golden. No need to overthink it!

Just use an HDMI cable! Plug one end into your PS3 and the other into the HDMI port on your smart TV. Then select the appropriate HDMI input on your TV. Boom, done!

If you don't have an HDMI cable, you can also use the AV cables that came with the PS3. Connect the colored plugs into the corresponding AV inputs on the TV and switch to that input. Not as fancy as HDMI, but it works!

From personal experience, make sure your TV is set to the correct input source after plugging in the HDMI or AV cables. I spent an hour troubleshooting for no reason!

Honestly, just remember to turn on both devices after connecting with the HDMI cable. Sounds basic but it's a common oversight!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
