Press the PS and Share buttons on your controller till the light bar flashes. Enter Bluetooth settings on your Android, select the controller, and you're good to game!

I do this all the time! Hold PS and Share buttons on the PS4 controller until it blinks, then pair it under Bluetooth settings on your phone. Really smooth process.
