Easy peasy! Just go to your iPhone's Bluetooth settings, press and hold the PS button and the Share button on your PS4 controller until it starts flashing, then select the controller on your iPhone's Bluetooth list. Voila!

Make sure your PS4 controller is in pairing mode by holding the PS and Share buttons until the light bar flashes. Then, just pop into your iPhone's Bluetooth settings and connect to the controller. You're all set!
