Turning on both your PS3 and PS4 controller, go to 'Accessory Settings' on the PS3, select 'Manage Bluetooth Devices', then 'Register New Device', and follow the on-screen instructions!

Put your PS3 in Bluetooth pairing mode, and press the PS + Share buttons on the PS4 controller until the light bar starts blinking. It should connect wirelessly.
