You can actually connect a PS4 controller to a Switch using Bluetooth, but you'll need to do a little bit of trickery. First, you need to put your Switch into 'Change Grip/Order' mode. Then, press and hold the PS and Share buttons on your PS4 controller until the light bar starts flashing. After that, it should show up in the list of available devices on your Switch. Happy gaming!

You can't connect a PS4 controller to a Switch without an adapter. You need one of those dongles like the 8BitDo or Mayflash.

I tried this myself鈥攈olding the PS and Share buttons until the light blinks, and then selecting the controller on the Switch in 'Change Grip/Order' mode. Worked like a charm for me!
