How to connect PS4 controller without USB after factory reset
BackingPeck路7 months agoYou can connect your PS4 controller wirelessly by first pressing the small reset button on the back of the controller using a paperclip. Then, power on your PS4 and press the PS and Share buttons on the controller simultaneously until the light bar starts flashing. The controller should now pair with the PS4!

You can't connect a PS4 controller without a USB cable after a factory reset. Use the cable first, then go wireless.
From my own experience, you can reset your controller by pressing the small reset button with a paperclip. After that, power on the PS4 and hold down the PS and Share buttons until the light bar starts flashing. Your controller should connect wirelessly.
