Honestly, it's easier to just use a wired connection or get Bluetooth headphones that are officially supported by Sony. Trust me, the struggle is real.
The PS4 doesn't natively support Bluetooth speakers. However, you can use an AUX cable with a Bluetooth transmitter or use a compatible headset through the controller.
