You can't. Laptops usually have HDMI out ports only. Look into Remote Play instead.

I use Remote Play! Download it from the official PlayStation website, and you can stream your PS4 to your laptop wirelessly. Works like a charm!

Unfortunately, you can't directly connect a PS4 to an HP laptop using an HDMI cable alone because most laptop HDMI ports are output-only, not input. You'll need a video capture card or a streaming service like Remote Play to make it happen.
