Easy peasy! Just go to your iPhone's settings, turn on Personal Hotspot, and make sure your Wi-Fi password is handy. On your PS4, go to Settings > Network > Set Up Internet Connection > Use Wi-Fi > Easy, and select your iPhone hotspot from the list. Enter the password, and you're good to go!

Honestly, don't bother. Connecting a PS4 to an iPhone hotspot will eat through your data and probably lag. Stick to a proper Wi-Fi connection if you can.
