Just get a travel router. Connect the travel router to the hotel WiFi and then connect your PS5 to the travel router. Problem solved.

I have tried it firsthand: Use a laptop to connect to the hotel WiFi and complete the login. Then share the connection with your PS5 via ethernet cable or WiFi. Worked like a charm for me!
