I did this last week! Just plug in your PSVR as usual, and then hold the PS button on the motion controllers to sync them. Worked like a charm for me.

First, make sure your PSVR is connected to your PS5. Then, press and hold the PS button on the motion controller until the light bar starts flashing. It should pair automatically!

Honestly, you just connect them like you did on PS4. Press the PS button till the light blinks, and boom, you're ready to game.
