Unfortunately, the Razer Barracuda X is not directly compatible with the Xbox One. You'll need an adapter like the Razer Xbox Wireless Adapter to make it work.

You can use the included 3.5mm audio cable to connect the Barracuda X directly to the Xbox One controller. It’s not wireless but it works!

I use a USB-to-3.5mm adapter and connect it via the Xbox controller port. Not perfect, but it does the job!
