How to Connect Settlements in Fallout 4
To connect settlements, you need the Local Leader perk which requires you to have at least Charisma 6. Once you have that, just like the first user said, go into workshop mode, select a settler, and assign them to create a Supply Line to another settlement. This is crucial for managing resources across multiple settlements without lugging junk back and forth constantly.

Just use supply lines, but remember, it's not just about connecting A to B. You can create a network! Every settlement connected by supply lines shares resources, so you don't need to connect every settlement directly to every other one. Make a chain or a web. Efficiency is key!
tbh i dont bother with supply lines. too much micromanagement, i just hoard everything at sanctuary lol
Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! To connect settlements in Fallout 4, all you gotta do is use the Supply Lines feature. Just assign one of your settlers to be a provisioner between two settlements. You do this in workshop mode. Look at a settler, press the button to command them (it varies by platform), and then select 'Supply Line.' Choose the settlement you wanna connect to, and boom, you're connected! This lets you share resources between the two settlements.
