If your hotel's Wi-Fi requires logging in through a browser, and the popup doesn't show automatically on your Steam Deck, just open the Steam browser manually and try accessing any website. This should redirect you to the hotel's login page. Worked for me last time I was bouncing between hotels!

Connecting your Steam Deck to hotel Wi-Fi is pretty straightforward! Just power up your Steam Deck, go to the 'Settings' menu, select 'Wi-Fi,' find the hotel鈥檚 Wi-Fi network in the list, and enter the password if it's protected. Sometimes hotels have a webpage to log in to - if that's the case, a browser should pop up for you to enter any additional details required.

Just ask the front desk for the Wi-Fi deets and connect. If there's a login page that doesn't pop up, just open a browser. Simple.

Pro tip: If the hotel Wi-Fi is laggy, try connecting during off-peak hours. More bandwidth for your games!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
