Open the Steam Deck's settings, navigate to 'Internet,' choose your hotspot from the list of available networks, and type in the password. Boom, you're connected!

I had to do this on a road trip once. Just turned on my phone's hotspot, selected it from the Wi-Fi settings on my Steam Deck, and entered the password. Works great!
