Just press start on the main menu. If that doesn’t work, maybe you need better internet or PlayStation Network is down.

Make sure you have the latest game updates installed. Without the updates, server connection can be problematic.

Go to the game’s main menu and it should initiate the connection. If you have trouble, check your PSN status or restart your router. Worked for me!
