If you can connect your PS3 via an Ethernet cable, it generally provides a more stable connection for online gaming.

Just plug in an Ethernet cable or set up Wi-Fi through Network Settings. It鈥檚 like setting up any other device. Easy peasy!

First, make sure your PS3 is connected to your home network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Then just head to the Network Settings in the XMB (XrossMediaBar) and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your internet connection!

I鈥檝e connected mine by going to Network Settings, selecting Internet Connection Settings, and then choosing either wired or wireless. Super straightforward!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
