You don鈥檛 need a PhD for this! Push the sync button on the Xbox and controller simultaneously till it pairs. Boom, done.

Easy peasy! Just press and hold the sync button on the top of your controller until the Xbox button starts blinking, then press the sync button on your console. You're good to go!
