Plug both controllers into the PS4 with USB cables, then press the PS button on each one. Done and done!

You don't even need a USB for the second one if the first is already on. Just press the PS button on the second controller and it'll connect wirelessly!

Easy peasy! First, turn on your PS4 and connect the first controller using a USB cable. Press the PS button to pair it. Now, for the second controller, do the same: connect it with a USB cable and press the PS button. Both should be connected and ready to go!
