Unsupported Bluetooth devices might need an audio cable plugged into the DualShock 4 controller to work. Not wireless, but hey, it鈥檚 something.
Some unsupported Bluetooth devices can be connected using the PS4's Remote Play feature on a smartphone. Use your device there and link it back to the PS4. It's a bit of a workaround, but it can do the trick!
