You can't connect an Xbox 360 controller to a PC via Bluetooth. You'll need the Xbox 360 wireless receiver for that!

First-hand experience here: Went down the rabbit hole trying to do this, only to find out you need the Xbox 360 wireless receiver. It鈥檚 the only way for wireless connection.

Unfortunately, the Xbox 360 controller does not support Bluetooth. You'll need a special adapter or use a wired connection.
