How to Connect Xbox 360 Controller to Phone Without Receiver

No receiver? No dice. Unfortunately, Xbox 360 controllers require a specific wireless receiver to connect to phones wirelessly. You鈥檒l need to use a wired connection with an OTG cable.
From my experience, you really need to use a micro USB OTG cable to connect a wired Xbox 360 controller to your phone. Works perfectly every time!
Honestly, you need the receiver for wireless use. No workarounds here.
